MollyCake was born out of a love for all things baked. With a history of experimenting with sweet flavours from an early age, a background in graphic design and a pure adoration for baking, Christine’s creativity has finally found a place to shine. Having graduated from the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts, Christine has been taught by some of the best cake designers in the country and loves using her experiences to design custom cakes and sweets for your special occasions.Located in downtown Burlington, MollyCake offers a little something for everyone.
From the Sweet’n’Salty Brownies to special Pie Day Friday pies, everything is baked from scratch, on-site. They use only fresh, quality ingredients like real butter and cream, pure Madagascar Vanilla Bean Paste and Callebaut Chocolate. MollyCake treats contain no fillers, additives or preservatives. You will not find edible oil products or powder mixes, and they don’t have any buckets that say “Pie Filling.” They use real flavours.
