BHLDN is pumping out collections faster than we can say, “I do!” Up next is their Summer 2014 collection, complete with a beachy-destination-wedding lookbook. The pieces are a little less formal than their Spring 2014 collection, and we love it. While the seasons aren’t that different, this collection is clearly for the destination brides out there. Released just in time and in sync with fashion’s Resort and Cruise collections, we’re sure this BHLDN effort will do well. Here are our favourite pieces from the collection.

This dress is gorgeous! (The wind is helping.) We love seeing our favourite spaghetti strap trend in play, especially when it’s doubled! Another standout feature of this gown is the embellished skirt and sheer overlay. We would love to see how much of the bottom layer’s beading shines through the overlay, but we’ll assume it’s enough to catch guests’ eyes.

We can’t wait to see a full shot of this dress, but for now, the back will do. We’re already blown away by the details in this piece. The illusion back is literally seamless and the button details resemble the ocean’s pearls. The way the skirt drapes from the waistline is bound to create a beautiful, full, and forgiving skirt. If you want to keep some formality to your destination wedding, this may be a look for you.

 

Here, we see our other favourite trend in bridalwear: Floral details! This look is delicate and pretty, and could be perfect for a quick change at your reception or a pre-wedding event like a bridal shower. The loose fit is trendy and chic and we love the grouping of flower details at the hemline. This look could even be worn with the right pair of flats.
