Mmm, this drink reminds us of summer’s strawberry rhubarb pie. This is the most complicated recipe, but we guarantee that it’s well worth it.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rhubarb, ends trimmed and roughly chopped
1 pint strawberries, stems removed and halved
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups water
2 litres seltzer
Vodka to taste
Mint sprigs, for garnish

Directions: In a medium saucepan combine rhubarb, strawberries, sugar and water. Bring ingredients to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes or until fruit is mushy and syrup is a bright pink color. Mix all ingredients and garnish with mint.
